Threat fire making firefox crash???

i use FIREFOX 2 and it seems ever since i installed a behavioral based anti virus / spyware program called THREATFIRE firefox will freeze up and it says ''firefox has stopped working.'' i had heard that threat fire played nicely with other apps and i like the added protection it gives but it is really starting to tick me off. also, maybe it is a coincidence but i use myspace im and it seems to be worse when ever i start it up as it does have a habit of slowing your computer down. do you think i should scrap threatfire, hate to do it as i have heard a lot of good things about it.

scrap it,,,it is a known issue that on certain sytems/setups any behavioral based program can cause slowdowns/crashes the idea/principle is great- instead of a definition layer of defense it is behavioral based as well as whats on their blacklist...i would scrap it but keep an eye out for improvements to it and other products like it...it is still in its infancy

well their website doesn't show how it stacks up to NOD32 here is the site http://www.eset.com/ check out how they compare to the others. I use it and never have a problem with it slowing down my computer, crashing anything, or even spyware
call the geek squad.....
I don't think it works well of plays fairly with FireFox you might want to uninstall and see if the problem continues
