AVG vs Avast vs Active Virus Shield?

I have done some research and found these to be the best free Anti Viruses. I don't know which to use on my computer.

These are the main things I want to know

Which has the best...

- Detection of viruses

- Interface/ ease of use

- Real time protection

- lightness on the computer (doesn't slow the computer down)

- other features

I don't need a firewall because i already use Comodo Firewall Pro, nor an anti spyware because i already use Lavasoft Ad Aware. I am also planning on getting firefox.
