Computer Protection and Optimization?

I'm trying to find the perfect combination of different protection and optimization software for my computer. So far, I have:

Windows XP

Zone Labs Integrity Client

Kaspersky Anti Virus

Spy Sweeper

Windows Firewall

Auslogics Boostspeed Optimization

O %26 O Defrag Professional Edition

Internet Browser - Mozilla Firefox

Ad-Aware 2007 Free Edition

Now my questions are:

1. Should any of these be replaced with better software?

2. Should I get another software for an aspect of computer protection or optimization that I forgot about?

3. Is the NOD32 computer protection software good?

4. I have the option of getting Kaspersky Internet Security with no cost. Do I need it?

Anyone that says you should get spy-bot s%26d and drop spysweeper is an idiot(24%??, he needs to do more research) and does not know what they are talking about.

1) You need to upgrade to Spysweeper with Antivirus

2) Drop kaspersky, auslogics, o %26o, ad aware, nod32

3) Turn off windows firewall

4) Keep zone alarm firewall

5) Buy Norton Systemworks, it has all the protection and optimize features you need.

6)Stay away from anything free when it comes to spyware/antivirus, there is a reason why they are free, they are NOT good.
