How can i get rid of the annoying bubbles that say you're computer is infected with spyware?

theres an icon at the bottom right corner of my laptop saying that my computer is infected and that i need to download the virus protection that they are offering, it does not make sense why since i already have anti virus internet protection and spyware protection i have already scanned my computer and everything says its ok so i just need to get rid of this annoying bubble please help

you can remove it by scanning you system with an updated anti virus anti spyware software...your already infected...so better start cleaning your system before it get worse.

As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
