Anyone use/know of a very good internet security programme?

Personal experience of a very good internet security programme is much prefered.

It must have Anti Virus and Anti Spyware protection.

Additinal info, such as computer spec and broadband provider can be added if needed for better advise.

Will it affect online gaming with PS2 %26 PS3 %26 Nintendo wii.

Currently have McAfee.

1. For your Anti-Virus......(Always use only 1 A-V)
