I had my computer guy comeover an fix my computer an ever since then i get viruses more often an spyarwe more often..i do spyawre an virus scans an after i do that they'll still pop up an like when i even shut off my computer after a virus an spyware scan an...then i turn it back on viruses will still pop up as soon an i logon to my account..what do i do.???.what better spyware an virus protection can i get???..i currently got AVG Anti Virus an Spybot Search an Destory..an i dont think it work that good at all..please help i need advice????

How to have clean computer.

Now update your virus definitions and scan, if no anti-virus AVG Free will do the job.

Now we want to get rid of all the adware/spyware download Ad-Aware 2007 %26 SUPERAntispyware and run 1 @ a time.

Now to get rid of cookies history etc CCleaner run and clean.

Now get rid of any temp files left start\run\%temp% some may not remove because still in use.

Now use CCleaner to stop startup items not needed google the startups and you will know to stop or not.

Now defragment with Auslogic Disk Defrag again free will take about 5-10mins compared to Windows hours.

You will now have a fast, clean secure computer.
