The AT%26T online protection originally installed but only the popup blocker and spam guard were showing in the dashboard as installed. When I click on the Anti-Virus INSTALL NOW %26 go thru the process - it would say that it was installed already. I then uninstalled all of the Online Protection and tried again and it still says it is already installed - now I don't have any of it.

I use avg free 7.5 anti-virus and comodo free firewall they are much better plus I use lavasoft se personal and spy bot search and destroy all of these are better that what you are trying to install.

I had this same problem two days ago. A level 2 Tech at AT%26T had me put this address in my address bar and run the basic program. This allowed the downloading of the Protection package. I added spaces so the complete URL would appear. Copy this URL and paste it in the Address bar. Every space you see must be deleted.
