Hi, I was wondering how I could reinstall v.2.0 of the Rogers Yahoo! Online Protection because I accidentally upgraded to v.2.5 with Norton Online Security. Please help me get back to v.2.0 with Norton Anti-Virus and Personal Firewall.

If Rogers Yahoo operates the same as AT%26T Yahoo, you might not be able to go back. The ISP (Rogers, AT%26T, Verizon, etc) will periodically renew a contract with the security provider. Whatever security package is offered is what the user gets stuck with. You might be able to uninstall what you have and then use this link to get the NAV with firewall:

If this isn't the right package, yo might have to contact Rogers to see if it's still available. There's also a "contact us" link on the Rogers website.
