Download Norton, AVG , Avast which are free antivirus software. They do protect your computer and you can keep updating them once in three days or so. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. try CA Internet Security Suite (pronounce it as sweet). I use it myself or you could try Norton 360, they both meet your exact requirements. you can buy Norton 360 from Symantic or probably from your local electronics shop, you can buy CA Internet Security Suite from your local electronics shop, you can also buy both from eBay.

avg professional..but it will not protect your computer in real time, you must scan it by yourself, it is not automatic but it has automatic update and good in detection of spy-ware and its removal..its very easy to use..
This is an article I found a few days ago that's pretty helpful. I downloaded some of these and they work good so far plus they're free! Avast also works good!
