Do I have enough protection on my computer?

I currently run:

1)Norton Anti-virus

2)Norton Firewall

3)Spybot- Search and Destroy

I am quite careful with sites I visit and almost never open any spam emails.

l don't have the quickest computer in the world so I don't want too many programs scanning it at once.

Two questions I'd like answers,

a) Is this enough protection?

b) If I was to add one more program what free program would you add to this list of protection?
