I'm getting the run-around by Verizon. They offer Norton Anti-virus, force me to uninstall my own antivirus, then Symantec asks for a PIN number, I ask Verizon what that is, get sent to dead end web pages, why is this such an issue? I need a PIN number to ACTIVATE Norton Online Protection. What's the problem?
What/where is the PIN number for activating Norton Online Protection? Verizon does not answer my emails.?aurora
No body's IP service can force you to remove your antivirus an install their junk. Take Nortons, out which is a pure resource hog and go back an install your own antivirus that you had.
The PIN number has to be the registration key.
